Bailey Harned is an experienced attorney who takes pride in helping others through the difficult times.

She has practiced extensively in the courts of Knox and surrounding counties.  She is admitted to practice in all Tennessee State Courts and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee.

A Home Town Lawyer

Bailey was born and raised in the Knoxville area.  While in school, she was active in mock trial and graduated at the top of her Powell High School class.  

She went on to attend the University of Tennessee where her interest in the law flourished.  She received a Sociology degree with a Criminal Justice concentration.  

Bailey chose to attend the University of Alabama School of Law.  Her parents chose to forgive this transgression upon seeing how happy she was in Tuscaloosa.  After three very fun and educational years in Alabama, Bailey came home to start her practice.  

Her stubborn streak and independent spirit led her to strike out on her own rather than work for someone else.  This independence has resulted in a practice that Bailey is proud of and lets her help those in need of assistance on her own terms.
